Located at Mesaieed Industrial City in Doha,
Qatar, Wooden Products Company (QWPC)
was launched to produce high-quality wooden
pallets, mainly to meet the needs of QAPCO,
Q-CHEM I&II, QATOFIN and the upcoming
Qatar Petrochemical Complex.

QWPC commenced its commercial production
on 16 November 2013. With a fully automatic
wooden pallet production line and a world-class
heat treatment facility it has the capacity to
produce 1.6 million units of wooden pallets
per year. QWPC is designed to serve the
wooden pallet requirements of Qatar’s foremost
petrochemical companies.

QWPC is a private company owned by three
shareholders, each holding one-third share in the
Company. They are:
• Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO)
• Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC)
• Stefano Ferretti (Italian Partner)
