Heavy Duty Grating

We can produce and supply heavy duty serrated and plain gratings from 40mm to 110mm height. Gratings in heavy duty category can be both forged welded type and pressure lock type. It can be hand made, if required load bar thickness is more then 5mm.

 

Full Cell Gratings 

Full cell gratings(gratings with bearing bars and cross bars of the same dimension)can be used as decorative elemets,e.g.for ceilings,handrails and sunprotection.Full cell gratings can be produced up to a material thickness of 3mm and up to a maximum height of 60mm,depending on pitch.

Handrail Systems

Ductile Cast Iron 

Adding to its trading activities we have developed a full product range of Cast iron and Ductile Iron Gratings & Manhole Covers, which we are introducing in order to offer more variety and cater to wide range of project requirements, especially in the civil engineering side.

These special cast and ductile gratings and man hole covers are produced in India.

 

 

GRP - gratings 

Both Moulded and Pultruded Gratings. Type Concave, Polished, Sanded Concave, sanded with quartz and with corundum

 

Flame-Retarding Covering 

The flame-retarding covering BN-OF is fabricated out of the perforated metal plank type BN-O. On one side of the single elements a flat strip of 30 x 3 mm is welded. Both open sides are closed with flat material. Elements having a length bigger than 2000 mm have welded bolts of round material ø 8 mm x 25 mm. In case of fire the BN-OF covering will stem the flames until the arrival of the fire-brigade.
