Colosseum Doha W.L.L. was established in 1999 with the aim of bringing Italian food quality to Qatar. It specializes in the production of gelato, ice cream, sorbetto, desserts and fresh pasta. 

Colosseum is an artisan factory, flexible to customize any possible flavor depending upon the requirements of the customers.

 The Company opened its state-of-the-art facility in Industrial Area, Doha, in 2003 and has a current production capacity of 4,500 litres of ice cream and 300 kg of pasta daily. Its aim is to become a Distributor reference for all customers interested in Italian products of high quality that are reasonably priced. 

Colosseum is HACCP certified by SGS. Its concern for hygiene and quality production processes is reinforced by other parties’ frequent audits, such as US vets inspectors and Carrefour auditors.

• DOLCE DO’RO: Top ice cream line produced with 100% natural ingredients; more than 90 developed flavors, 15 retail cups available

 • Cream Land: Premium ice cream line at a very reasonable pricing; 14 products available in retail 

• Sorbetto: 100% natural fruit flavors available in more than 12 products

 • Tirami Su: a classic Italian dessert which comes in 2 packagings – chilled and frozen

 • Pasta Roma: 100% natural fresh pasta available in many lines, chilled and frozen, with more than 30 developed flavors. All above product lines are also available in bulk packaging for the Food Service
