Description:

Qatar Rotomould was established in 1993 and is located
in Doha’s Industrial Area in Salwa Road Industrial
Estate, from where they offer a variety of practical
yet intriguingly shaped tanks, which are safe, healthy,
durable and used worldwide. Their tanks are approved
by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, and Agriculture, the
Ministry of Electricity and Water, as well as the Ministry
of Public Health. Qatar Rotomould manufacture more
than 40 different sizes or types of tanks, all without
any seams or joints, ranging from 100 to 5,000 gallon
Rectangular, Horizontal, Vertical or Spherical.

Most of their tanks have positive screw-on lids and are
made of three or more layers of Linear Low Density
Polyethylene (Plastic) the central one of which is
normally black to help stop light penetrating the tank –
thus restricting the development of algae in the water.

In addition to water tanks we
produce:
Road Barriers that are currently used
by most contractors, the Ministry of
Municipal Affairs and Agriculture,
the Ministry of Interior, as well as in
Ras Laffan and Messaid. Their Road
Barriers look like shaped concrete
blocks in red, white or yellow but are
really made from Polyethylene and can
be supplied with flashing yellow lights
to indicate road closures, roadworks,
etc. They are much safer than using
steel or concrete and less likely to
damage errant vehicles.
Decorative Lamp Posts suitable for
residential compounds, parks, etc.
Large Planters and Decorative Pots,
Gaily coloured Modular Tunnels, Spiral
Slides and Talk Tubes for Children’s
activity playgrounds. As well as Patio
Chairs which can seat one or two
people and fit nicely around a patio
table concrete or “wood-like” design,
which they also manufacture.
The range of their fully Insulated
Water Tanks are insulated to such an
extent that when correctly installed
and operated do not produce
condensation during the hot and
humid summer months which is a
problem arising from the use of
un-insulated or badly insulated
cooled water tanks in the Middle East.
As a result they guarantee that for
12 months no condensation will form
on the outer wall of the tank even
when the internal water temperature
is reduced to a temperature as low
as 25 degrees centigrade.
There are stringent quality controls in
the factory with each product being
inspected after production, and again
after cleaning before dispatch.
