Al Haya Plastic Factory was established in 2008
with world-class, state-of-the-art machinery for
the manufacture of Degradable Plastic Film
and Flexible Packaging Products at the
New Industrial Area in Doha. Today the plant is
in full-stream with a production capacity of 3,000
tons per year. The plant’s production lines include
Extrusion, Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Bag
Making as well as packing and delivery. It uses
the latest 6-color flexographic printers which also
allows printing in multiple dimensions as
per customer requirements. Being exceptionally
quality focused, highly trained QA personnel
monitor the production round the clock.
Starting with the incoming raw material, quality
control is applied at every stage of production
up to the final packing stage.
